Dr. David G. Rorison
Dr. Rorison is the Medical Director for AFC Urgent Care Edgewater. A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Rorison attended Johns Hopkins University as an undergrad and received his medical degree from University of Maryland. Dr. Rorison also holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland. He did his residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he served as chief resident for the Emergency Medicine program. Dr. Rorison is board certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Medicine (FACEP).
Dr. Abdul Momin Tak
Dr. Tak brings over 20 years of extensive experience in acute internal medicine, urgent care and emergency medicine. After receiving his medical degree from Government Medical College in Srinagar, India, Dr. Tak completed his residency in internal medicine at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. He is Board eligible in Internal Medicine and a member of the American Medical Association (AMA). Dr. Tak is also a Civil Surgeon, certified by the USCIS, to perform Immigration Physicals at our Center.
In his free time, Dr. Tak enjoys traveling and classical Indian music.
Dr. Raj Manickam
Dr. Manickam is a Board Certified Pediatrician with more than 30 years of experience. He is a graduate of the University of Madras Medical College in India and completed his residencies at Sinai Hospital and St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore and at Atlantic City Hospital in New Jersey. He was chief resident in Pediatrics at St Agnes.
Dr. Manickam is board eligible in Internal Medicine and has worked for many years in the Emergency Departments at Baltimore Washington Medical Center and St. Agnes.
Dr. Jacinth Brooks
Dr. Jacinth Brooks received her Bachelor of Science in Biology From Howard University in Washington DC. She also received her Medical Degree from Howard University. Her Internship and Residency were in General Pediatrics at the Howard University Hospital.
She has been a practicing physician since 1990.
Dr. Manickam is board eligible in Internal Medicine and has worked for many years in the Emergency Departments at Baltimore Washington Medical Center and St. Agnes.
Dr. Michael Williams
A native of Montgomery County, Maryland, Dr. Williams received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland College Park in Biology. He graduated from Howard University Medical School and did his residency at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.
He has extensive experience in Urgent Care, Family Medicine and Occupational Health.
He lives in Prince George’s County with his family. He enjoys cycling, running and travel.
Dr. Cornelius Stamp
Dr. Stamp received his undergraduate degree with Honors in Biology from Denison University. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Stamp received his medical degree from the University of Virginia and went on to his residency at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore MD. Dr. Stamp’s over 30 years of medical experience includes both emergency medicine and urgent care. In his spare time, Dr. Stamp likes to go hiking and spend time with family and friends.
